Refund & Return Policy
We want you to have a smooth skincare experience with Calmique.
Returns are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged, defective, leaking, or the wrong item was delivered.
When can you request a return?
You may request a return if:
✔ You received a damaged or defective product
✔ The product leaked during transit
✔ You received the wrong item than what you ordered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with images/video as proof.
No-ship return process
You will not be asked to courier anything yourself.
Once your return request is approved, a pickup will be arranged by Calmique from your location.
(Your ₹49 order shipping charge already covers logistics handling — no additional fee will be deducted.)
How to Start a Return
You can raise a return request directly through our website:
Go to My Orders → Select Product → Request Return
Once submitted, our team will review the request and arrange a doorstep pickup if eligible.
If you face any trouble submitting through the website, you may also contact us at calmiqueteam@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos showing the issue
- Unboxing/outer packaging proof (for damaged or leaked items)
We’ll get back to you with next steps.
Refunds
Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Bank/card processing timelines may vary slightly.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, reach out to us at calmiqueteam@gmail.com.
Exchanges
If eligible, you may choose:
